How I Built SirPhire — A Production-Grade PHP eCommerce Platform from Scratch

Introduction — Why Build Your Own Platform? I've been a backend developer for over six years. I've worked with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento — and every time, I felt like I was fighting the platform instead of solving the business problem.
